Concierge Connection: Providing a Personal Service Advocate
Thor Motorized Services announces its "Concierge Connection…Your personal service advocate". Concierge Connection offers new retail owners of any Damon motorhome a personal service advocate who is responsible for facilitating any service needs. The Concierge will contact the retail buyer within days of being notified of a retail registration and welcome them to the TMS family. In addition, the Concierge will explain the warranty and answer any questions such as how to obtain service, and give general FAQ's about motorhome operation. If there is need for more technical assistance, the owner will receive a call back from the TMS Customer Service Specialist that will be able to handle all of their concerns.
The Concierge will also follow up during the 3rd month of ownership to "check-in" for the purpose of providing assurance to the customer that someone is there for them, whether that be connecting them to a Customer Service Specialist, assisting them in addressing service needs or facilitating parts requests. "This is simply another step that Thor Motorized Services is taking to connect with the retail owner and the dealer and go above and beyond the norm in customer service. Our goals at TMS include receiving feedback from all our customers and setting the standard of excellence in Customer Service. "We feel this Concierge Connection Program will ensure that a customer friendly service relationship exists between the retail customer, dealer and manufacturer"
