Rapid Response Initiative

Rapid Response is a new initiative providing overnight shipment of parts most commonly needed by on-the-road retail customers. In addition, we recognize the need for a program that provides a way to “close the sale” on new RV’s. Damon is committed to shipping these parts within 24 hours of receipt.

The goal of the program is to get retail customers back on the road as soon as possible. We realize that prompt delivery of needed parts speaks volumes about the service culture of our company. We are focused on customer service and
our partnership with our dealers.

Because Winnebago Industries, Inc. owns a registered trademark for “Trip Saver”, Damon Motor Coach will not be using the “Trip Saver” name in identifying its “quick ship” parts programs. Instead, Damon Motor Coach will use the “Rapid Response” name.
